From the 15th to the 17th of June, Nexus sent 12 delegates to the KTJMUN Conference 2012. All delegates found the conference to be extremely exhilarating, highlighting that they made new friends who were equally passionate about global issues, gained new experiences as well as new knowledge and awareness on current issues. The fruitful lobbying sessions and fiery debates were a lot of fun! For our first-timers, they sunk into it really fast, learning all the procedures of debate used by the United Nations. Our first-timers have claimed that KTJMUNC 2012 may have been their first, but will certainly not be their last conference!

Jerrell Ong I enjoyed the conference superbly as I got to
understand the complex rules used at the United Nations when deciding on
crucial matters that could directly affect the route of humanity, and
while writing resolutions, giving speeches and debating were quite
formal, the people at MUN were all warm and friendly
Shailinder KTJ MUN 2012 was a terrific experience for me as
it brought allot of awareness on serious issues such as 'Abolishing the
death penalty' not only to me, but undoubtedly to everyone else who
attended KTJ.
